Registration Information & Deadlines

Special Early Bird Registration – $399.00 / pp (before April 22, 2011)
Regular Registration – $499.00 / pp (April 22-June 21, 2011)
On-site Registration – $599.00 / pp (June 22-24, 2011)

Cancellations, Refunds, & Substitutions

Cancellations received by May 21, 2011, will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received May 22, 2011 through June 11, 2011 will incur a 50 percent penalty. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after June 12, 2011. All cancellation and substitution requests must be in writing.
